چکیده
Biofortification has been widely used to increase mineral nutrients in staple foods, such as wheat (Triticum aestivum). In this study, a new approach by analyzing the effect of inoculation with plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium (PGPR), namely, Bacillus aryabhattai RSO25 and addition 1% (v/v) organometallic Fe-containing polymeric nanoparticles (FeNPs) alone combination. Previously, minimal inhibitory concentration FeNPs for bacterium was determined order not inhibit bacterial growth. All treatments had minor effects on seed germination survival. Considering physiology plants, several photosynthetic parameters were significantly improved individual or bacterium, particularly efficiency photosystem II electron transport rate, which is indicative better performance. However, at end experiment, significant final growth observed shoots roots. When using alone, earlier spike outgrow number spikes increased 20%. Concerning biofortification, Fe 35%. fact, total amount per base rose 215% regard control. Besides, side effects, Ca decreased Na Zn spikes, observed. Furthermore, treatment only bacteria accumulation grains, indicating its inconvenience. On side, combined led intermediate since an antagonist between For reason, discouraged. conclusion, three tested, recommended achieving efficient biofortification wheat.

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...
